There are many aspects to residential closing transactions. The final step is closing the transaction, which is often overlooked and always remembered.  At SHAFRITZ & DEAN LLC, we have the experience and knowledge to ensure the last part goes as smoothly as possible. With five offices, we not only make it smooth, but we also make it convenient.  Please see all of our locations to the right.

SHAFRITZ & DEAN LLC  is very excited to announce that the Georgia Real Estate Commission has granted SHAFRITZ & DEAN LLC approval as a real estate school.  SHAFRITZ & DEAN LLC offers Continuing Education courses providing three credit hours for each course which real estate agents complete.

All of the courses offered by SHAFRITZ & DEAN LLC will be conducted in an in-class (resident) setting.  Each student must be at least eighteen years of age and currently licensed as a real estate agent within the State of Georgia.  The class schedules will be posted soon.  Feel free to contact us at the Perimeter/Glenridge location for more information!
